bm#2 filed for full custody and increase cs

The woman who couldn't be bothered before now wants SS full time. She has been agreeing to everything and behind FDH's back going to take his son. Her reasons, I abuse SS, I won't give him food, and she doesn't like me and thinks I abuse him and will abuse him.

He is 9 and he has no idea she did this. Supposedly he doesn't want to live with her. We have offered but he says he wants to stay with us. He has been having a lot of behavioral issues and ee thought it was the PAS from FMIL but now I wonder if BM hasn't been doing it to.

I do feed the kid I just don't let him have seconds until he eats everything on his plate, other wise he would live on mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. I also won't allow candy and junk food at 8pm or later.

We also have rules and he has to follow them or he is punished. His BM and grandparents allow him to do what he wants and his BM even let him eat cotton candy for dinner one night since that is what he wanted. He spends the night and most of the next day puking (he felt fine enough to hunt Easter eggs) because of it and I'm the abusive one. Whatever, BM needs to take off the rose colored glasses or get a clue.
