It seems the BM in my life has it.

I received this morning, bright and early at 8:00 as I was walking in the door to work... a subpeona. BM was arrested nearly two weeks ago for stalking and apparently has a court date coming up for it.

The idiot subpeona'd me as a character witness.

1) Who has to subpeona character witnesses?

2) Shouldn't a character witness be your FRIEND or COWORKER?
Someone you go to church with? Someone who actually LIKES you?

3) Safe bet you should not subpeona your ex husbands SO whom you have called "an old whore" for better than two years. Oh yeah... there is also that pesky trespassing warrant for my housing development.

I am calling the attorney who is listed on this. He needs to be aware if he puts me on the stand exactly what I will say.

Why even bother? Go in there, get on the stand, and tell THE TRUTH THE WHOLE TRUTH AND NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH

The attorney is the guys attorney she has been stalking. He supeonaed SO too! Since he took a tresspass warrant out against her for his apartment!

This will work out in your and SO favor if you have to go to court and prove Bm is not right in the head. Bm will already have been to court for stalking. She is scary. It takes alot for people to file charges for stalking.

It seems christmas has come early for you. I would show up with bells on & bring a log of every crappy thing she has done.
