So, yesterday morning DH went down to superior court and asked the judge to sign his Ex Parte restraining order/temporary custody.....and the judge signed it! OMG, I can not believe it happened!!!!! The exparte is a restraining order against BM for SD/DH. Shes not allowed to see SD at all, except only on Saturday and Sundays IF and ONLY IF she pays for the SUPERVISED VISITS!!!!

Some of you may remember me blogging about all of BM's criminal charges and all her days/weekends in jail. BM was arrested and given probation for assaulting her boyfriend.BM was arrested again for assaulting her parents..trial pending. This past friday BM was in jail for assaulting the same ex boyfriend. DH went to court before BM was released and got temporay custody of SD until their hearing in Feb.

Here's where it gets weird!!!!! BM is a very controlling woman. The only reason she wanted SD was to use her as a pawn to control and punish DH because she's very mentally unstable and now BM has just dropped off the planet and acts like it's not a big deal and this is weird, normally BM would freak out and cause a scene or drama at the thought of losing SD. Now, DH and I went to pick up SD from school yesterday, hoping BM would be there to get SD herself..She never showed. DH had SD sent to the office and explained the situation to the school, but I was outside waiting to see BM so we could have her served. She never showed. Not one person from BM's family or a friend was there to get SD from school (DH played dumb all weekend and never told a soul we knew she was locked up) What if DH didn't know she was in jail? SD would have been waiting outside the school all alone!

So, DH tries to call BM..no answer. He texts her..no reply. He calls her faimly and they say they're done with helping BM, they're done protecting her and they all assumed DH would step up and handle BM and that they have no idea where BM is and that BM's other two kids turned up on their front step in the middle of the night when BM was arrested and they havent heard from her.

DH just now got a text from BM saying "Leave the papers at [friends house]" DH says no, you need to be personally served, and besides you burned that bridge, youre not living there anymore."

DH calls the friends house where BM was living and they say that BM isnt allowed to be there anymore, theyve tried helping her get herself together for almost a year and they can no longer put up with her instability and her insane decisions shes been making. But he did say that her other two kids are living with them during the week so they can take them to school, BM doesnt have a place to stay and they told her they would take care of her children for her. BM agreed and went on her way.

OMG, this is so sad..reading up I see how insane all this sounds! Poor kids. I feel so bad for them. BM has gotten away with everything for so long and I think Karma is catching up. BM is going to lose her children if she keeps this up.. and with the trials pending for 4 assaults, she may lose her freedom as well.
