OK, I actually get sick of my DH for not doing a darn thing to protect our family from the morons...basically, if idiot fails, he does nothing because he claims it will just be worse...whatever...that CS better stop at 18 or I will lose it.

So, today, as I KNOW FOR A FACT the moron doesn't live with her mother, I try to find out about emancipation, etc. in Texas...which I find you could possibly get if you as a child file and your parent agrees...hmmm...I guess we'll have to go to a court to check on it...

So, everything else I tell my DH to check which could possibly HELP our case, he sits on and does nothing...so tonight I find a MUG SHOT of the idiot BF...yes, baby daddy...which of course, it could be baby daddy of #1 baby or could be baby daddy of BOTH babies, who knows...and I wonder "wow, if my 17yr old was involved with some moron who at 19 had record, I'd kick my DHs ass and take my child away"...but then again, I thought, "wait, if my DH doesn't care enough to do anything about protecting us, why the F#$%#$% should I care what happens to his kid..." So, I will say nothing. Really, nothing. I am sick of trying to tell him to watch her and make sure that she goes to school and I am sick of paying for a loser that doesn't go to school and continues to fail, etc...and he just does NOTHING...so, now, well, I will do nothing. Sorry, but I won't. I will NOT jeopardize MY son's life, ie. by his dad going crazy when he finds out, because of the poor choices of the idiot BM or idiot SKID...nope. Sounds horrible doesn't it? Well, it is what it is. Sick of it. I know they won't care if he goes to jail for not paying support if he loses his job, thus I won't care what the heck happens to all of them by being involved with a loser who has a record at age 19 and obviously, probably before too...
