Why I almost fainted...

Imagine my utter shock when I walked into the grade school the other day and BM was working there in the lunch room. Shocked she has a job and shocked the school hires criminals. Seriously, do they not do background checks?

I guess she can't do much harm collecting dirty lunch trays and washing them. Even as a seasoned shoplifter, I doubt she can steal those institutional sized cans of pears or cases of little tiny cartons of milk. Thankfully, the kids have lunch accounts and don't use cash.

She doesn't evidently have to wear a hair net, but her hair pulled back should expose her neck tattoo nicely. I couldn't see her from the neck tattoo side.

Also, I keep thinking of Adam Sandler's lunch lady song. Biggrin

LOL my MIL is retired and works part time at an elementary school (specialty aide) her nephews live in worked in the kitchen and stole anything that wasn't nailed down! It is possible! Cases and cases of frozen food, trays, you name it "Sticky Fingers" got it. Then when they opened an investigation she "fell" and is now getting disability! :jawdrop:

Ahh I wouldn't tell. What if she is trying to change? Obviously she is. She got a job. Why ruin it for her? Also don't you think that will look bad if they did a background check and you waltz up in there to tell on BM.? What kind of school doesn't back ground check? And if u I'm just sayen... I couldn't do it. I think it would be a good idea if you called the school first and ask if they do background checks for employment.
