DH and I get back from vacation and get pw to be in court Monday afternoon. Seems that BM is suing us for fully custody AND child support. (in the divorce she wanted NO support) and last June DH and I had to go get the kids and had pw drawn up saying that BM gave up her fight for custody and was ok with visitation. In September of last year we had to amend the parenting plan giving her one weekend a month and weekly phone calls which she never followed through on. Then last thanksgiving BM disregarded the parenting plan and our atty said "no contact till she contacts me" well it took her almost a year and she finally did. This woman thinks that because she has a lawyer (thru legal aid no less) that she is going to win. Uh HELLO here the kids have a stable environment and the oldest one isn't ignored all the time. And they have a routine! Our atty just laughed and said "you'll be fine" well I'm still spazzing out and trying to keep calm. We meet with our atty Thursday morning.
