I recently wrote a blog about BM screwing up DHs visitation with SD- Plain refused to cooperate and have SD to DH at the time and place. Mediation Time-AGAIN! :sick:

This isn't the first time BM has either interfered with visitation or just denied it. I'm tired of it! Now, not only does her silly antics hurt DH, it now hurts OUR children that DH and I have together. I'M the one who has to explain to our BD4.5 that SD isn't coming. I have to explain to a young child the nicest way I can, that SDs mother isn't letting SD come over. BullShit IMO.

Anyway, DH was going to just go to court and file for modification of custody. File for contempt on BM. File for a lastname change of SD( whole other drama story). DH started reading his parenting plan over and over to make sure that he takes the correct steps. He HAS to go to mediation BEFORE filing any type of change. DH has already went to mediation once in the past (2 yrs ago) with BM and she made a giant scene. Playing the victim, screaming and crying to the mediators. She tried telling them DH was just doing this to hurt her. The mediators pretty much fell for all her shit. BM told them that what DH wanted was ludacris and this was wasting her time :sick: The mediators tried to tell DH to "Just get past all this and move forward" DH told them "I will NOT move forward because we have NOT resolved all or ANY of these issues" BM screamed and cried some more, and it got to the point where the mediators basically said "We can't help you, take it to court" :jawdrop: BM made a mockery of it. I'm sure she laughed all the way back home to SD.

Bitch. BM is a hateful,evil, vengeful bitch. Anyway, now DH has to pay for his half of mediation which is like $50.00 but all together, he will lose out on $275.00 for his missed day at work. Yay!

I know BM will cry and play victim again. I told DH to just keep his cool, let BM make an ass of herself. Let the mediators see her make a scene and then let the judge read the mediators reports.
DH will have TWO reports from mediation where BM refused to cooperate.

*Sigh* I'm not looking forward to this battle. It's going to be sad and drawn out. BM will fight it tooth and nail. But the bright side: BMs parents have been paying all her lawyers fees for all her trouble with the law lately, as well as taking care of BM and her 3 kids.. We can see and we hear the parents of BM aren't exactly rolling in the dough, so they might not help BM with a lawyer this time. BM might, for the first time in her adult life be on HER OWN! :sick:
