I will give you a funny story about a similar situation. My two BDs are 6 and 3. They don't see a lot of me because I work full time, so when they are in the car with me being transported to and from in the morning and evening, they are ALL about monopolizing my attention.
After hearing MOM MOM MOM MOM MOM MOM no less than ten times by the two of them talking over each other, I said, "My name is no longer mom. My name is Your Royal Highness." I figured that has more than one syllable and so is harder to say. For the next several days, I had to keep from cracking up every time by 3-year-old addressed me as "Your Royal Highness." She took me seriously!
