i was just going to post:

thank you crayon for your blog, im craving meatloaf now, and im going to make it for dinner! lol with my garlic mashed potatos of course!

i must say though, when i first met ss, he only like to eat pizza and other "kid" type things. He has never not eaten what i have made! He actually goes home to bm to brag about the food i make! He eats my pesto gnocchi with chicken, pasta with broccoli, etc. So long as he knows its not up for debate, he will eat it! I am very proud of dh and ss for how much they have tried since ive been in their life!! ss actually told me he didnt like meatloaf the first time i made it...with out even trying it...dh told him if you dont want to eat you can sit in time out while we eat...he ate it, and he loved it, had two servings actually, and now asks me to make it. Im a firm beliver that no one should be forced to eat something, but they should at least try it before they turn their nose up at it!

I had leftover meatloaf last night! In fact.... I got a wonderful recipe from this site.... you should look up Cop's Wife's meatloaf recipe on the left.... its sooooo yummy!

DH makes THE BEST BEST meatloaf! It is to die for! I didn't eat beef for 15 years (seriously) and I started eating it again this past year because DH is such a good cook. Went from NO meat since I was 15 to even eating MEATLOAF. He must be good!!!

My own bio dad, never remarried after my parents divorced. He and I are very close - always have been....anyway....while I was reading Crayons blog, I stopped and texted him to invite him to dinner Thursday night for MEATLOAF, it is his favorite and he loves a good homecooked meal...

I love to EAT Meatloaf but when I first read the title I started singing "Paradise by the Dashboard Lights" in my mind... OOOPS! Wrong Meatloaf! LOL!!!

But sorry I can't give you a recipe. FH makes the better meatloaf of the two of us. Mine is not that good. Cooking large hunks of meat of any kind is his specialty.
