Well I can only be hopeful that this will piss the judge off when we go to court this week.

The last time that BF went to court with BM to resolve issues that ss12 was not attending therapy as court ordered the Judge in the case was informed that BM some how had gotten her hands on a Hippa protected medical evaluation that was completed by my ex, 1st marriage. The judge ordered BM to return to the GAL any copies of the report that she or her attorney had and she was ordered to not use the report in any future manner. When BF went to the attorney meeting this week guess what BM is attempting to provide to the court (with the same Judge!!!!)
(The report had been sealed in the divorce case and BF since has passed away. The evaluation was not used in the divorce or custody battle in my case as the GAL in the case found several sections of the report to be false in nature and there were 3 professionals who had written letter for the evauation who were "Misquoted" and or taken out of "context". there are 2 other completed parental assessments and evaluation that were completed by both myself and my ex, both of those reports were used to determine placement of the 4 children involved, I retained full placement of all 4 of my children)

BM also attached a copy of a confidential Juvinile record from when my 14 year old was caught by her stepfather (who is a cop) along with several other Juvinile's sharing a bud light. Because of the conflict of interst stepf requested additional assistance from the county and they interviewed and charged out all of the children involved. They were also able to charge the adult (who happened to be a sex offender) with several charges landing him back in jail because all of the kids spoke up about who had provided the beer to them. This record is not allowed to be public and yet she has gotten ahold of it and now she is passing it around!!!!!!!!!!!

By the way the 14 year old is now 18 in a few weeks and has had NO other contacts with law enforcement, she graduated top 10 in her class with high honors. She began college early at semester and ended the school year on the dean's list, works full time this summer as a CNA with benifits and vacation time included, she recieved multiple scholarships, was involved in vball lettered for the 3rd year in a row, track made it to state and placed 1st at conference, purchased her own vehicle. we did a horrible job with her didnt we! Sorry know that I am bragging but I know that some of us need to know that what we are doing with our kids is okay.
