How lazy can one person be...

BM has decided on her own that my SS11 must choose only one sport for the year. So even though he has mad 5 baseball all star teams he has chosen not to play baseball this year. Fine we said ok. Then 3 weeks ago after his city league basketball team (this league is a joke but literally the only game in town) my SS11 tells me and BF that he wants to play AAU basketball.

update SS13 is now home with us again

So after SS13 texted BF on Monday night that he would call on Tuesday night to talk there was no phone call of course. So my DH did not try to reach him and around 10pm on Tuesday SS13 texts that he wants his shoe inserts for cross country that he forgot last week and wants DH to drop them off the next day at his school. My DH was angered by this and ignored him completely. I think this ignoring thing worked.

I have my DH and SS11 and SS13 and I have no children of my own. I have been living 1 week on 1 week off with these boys for the last 5 years. I have done everything with these boys from being my SS13 catcher for pitching practice(caught him so much my right arm actually dropped out of the socket), to school(been on fieldtrips, volunteering in class, reading with them) to social (taught my SS13 how to slow dance, stayed up with both of them when they had nightmares, ). Their BM does take care of roof over the head and feeding them but is lousy at parenting.
