Update- court tomorrow
I have not been on here in a while but would like to give an update.
DH and I totally forgot until his attorney called him today. He actually said "oh sh!t, that's tomorrow?" When the lawyer called. It's been postponed every month since January and every time we were ready GAL wasn't or hexs lawyer wasn't. I have decided to go with DH. The GAL will be there, as will hex and her pond scum attorney.
The ROFR is the topic. Originally the powers that be were going to put a time limit in it. Now The GAL believes it should be thrown out. Since hex moaned and complained about it messing with "her plans", He also thinks DH should not be given makeup visitation time for missed visitation due to drill. He came to be conclusion that I, TOASTER-OVEN, THE STEPMOTHER WITH NO RIGHTS should watch SD instead. Something about how in other situations if DH could not have SD or act in a legal capacity, I would be guardian to have SD and make decisions as if I were him.
Ummmmmmm....did I hear that right? I am very very confused.
This is his solution. No ROFR so satan senior can watch Princess SD on hex's time, and no makeup visitation so I can watch SD while DH is gone for drill.
I like how instead of oh, forcing hex to comply and follow the ROFR he just wants it thrown out completely.

Yup. That's what he is recommending. Instead of DH getting makeup days, like he has been for years.
I don't think it's in SD's best interest nor mine. SD needs to be spending time with her father. And I don't need to be dealing with crazy woman.
So uneventful. In and out in
So uneventful. In and out in 40 minutes. DHs lawyer talked with us. Then The lawyers all talked together. DH and I waited outside the conference room. Hex was apparently hidden away in a different waiting area. Then our lawyer came back out and talked to us. GAL was there. He waved at me.
ROFR is gone. I can watch SD
ROFR is gone. I can watch SD on DHs time. Senior satan can watch SD whenever hex wants (like that's always been happening). GAL decided the ROFL was too high conflict for hex and DH. So it got abolished.
DH didn't have to pay several thousand in medical bills that hex wanting him to pay (for appointments she hid from him and lied about) otherwise contempt charges would have been brought up for her.
So...In a way we got some relief financially. But we wasted so much money on this venture paying lawyers where nothing really changed.
We aren't sad though, we are just over this. We want to move on.

I'm wondering how long it will be before hex goes crazy on me. I foresee her emailing me when I Have Sd wanting to take SD to something XYZ. And once I tell her no, the narcissitic control beast will emerge
