Second "Food Related" You're Right from Chef!
So Chef said I was right about semolina helping the pizza to slide off the peel and into the oven.
Now he came up to me and said: "You're right! Homemade alfredo is so much better than the stuff in the jar."
Well. . .DUH
Now Chef (not really a Chef in real life just plays one) had a screaming hissy fit about the pizza and how it was MY aluminum peel that was making it stick and DEMANDED a wooden peel on the spot.
Then a few years back I stated that the canned aflredo stuff is horrid and tastes like soap. He got all pissy about that as well. He has a terrible Chef-like temper (tempermental artist) and flew into a rage because I wouldn't serve up that slop.
P.S. he's also using the pizza stone I bought that he literally tossed outside (wonder it didn't break) because when being seasoned it gave off some odor. Seriously? I ran it through a few oven self clean cycles when he wasn't home and voila! no smell!
Gee, could this be an ephiphany in that he *might* agree that I was right in IMPORTANT things like CS, dealing with the Gir, PAS, money, taxes, business, etc etc.?
Yeah I won't hold my breath.

Don't you look good in blue??
I know you love him, but he’s
I know you love him, but he’s really a moron. I love my DH,but he also is very flawed. Fortunately he does know how bad SS34 is. Of course he probably could come up with reasons I am flawed too.
Love is a strong word
I used to love him but all the step trauma I've been through caused a permanent loss of respect for him. I've gotten used to him like a pair of worn slippers.
