So, through a third party, ( a.k.a gossipy internet 'friend ' ) It seems like BM is unemployed and back on benefits, and said in her own words, no one seems to want to hire her ( not too bright, no paper qualifications, that I know of ) and how she wishes she could find a job like her old one, sitting all day drinking tea and eating cake !! She WASN'T joking, skid has told us about her job in the past, etc, etc, needless to say it was cushy and of course low paid.

I nearly blogged early last week, as I was wondering how long it would be before DH brought up the Summer trip he mentioned last year. I have blogged about it previously, but as I am disengaged I had no reason to bring it up, as I assumed that DH had listened to me before.

To recap, we live in a different country to ADULT skids, DH wants to be there on sd's University Graduation Day, I AM happy for him to go, but I'm not feeling that I wish and want to go, for several reasons...

I'm disengaged from sd and the younger skid

Has the novelty of the skid ADULT sitting jobless at home started to annoy you now ?? Not so much fun when it's costing YOU money now ??

Well, DH pops onto a social website, on the off chance that younger skid maybe on there to chat to.

Skid is online and DH sat " chatting " to him for almost two hours, and lucky me, DH throughout that time repeated out loud large chunks of the conversation. I felt I couldn't just gather up my stuff and move to another room ( we were in the office anyway!! ) as it would cause DH to be upset with me, as he had already asked me if I wished to join the conversation and I had to say " um no DH I'm already busy with something here "
