It's a beautiful Saturday afternoon here. Sunny and 78 degrees. I took SD to her SAT exam this morning and picked her up and then BM was supposed to pick her up this afternoon and take her for overnight. She had her last night but couldn't keep her all weekend because SD was afraid that her own mother wouldn't be on time to get her to her SAT. Which I completely understand and agree with. BM is late going everywhere and never has a good reason for it.

Anyway, it's now 2:16pm.... and SD is still here. She doesn't really like summer - she likes Spring and Fall and thinks that it's always too hot out. So she never wants to go outside and do stuff. It drives me CRAZY. Summer is my very favorite of all seasons and I like to be outside as much as possible, even if it's just to sit in the sun or lay by the pool and do nothing! ha!

BM isn't even going to call until 3p, so I don't know when she's even coming. DH is away on a business trip, so I guess I'm a little lonely. (pity party, I know!! ) Ohhh I know it's not that bad

I'm also hoping to go meet up with friends tonight and maybe watch the big Belmont race and see some people. Hopefully, I'll be out to do that soon...
