What kind of BM??

This is a blog I copied from a different account, but wanted to share it here since it relates. It was written on 11/18/2008.

What kind of child requests CLOTHING on his 6th birthday?

Ched was talking to his daddy on the phone last night and told him he "wants boots, pants, shorts, shirts, and socks," for his birthday. No mention of toys.

This is a child who LOVES watching DVD's, playing on the computer, and toys!

Have you ever heard of this?! A boy, going on age SIX, not SIXTEEN, not TWENTY-SIX, but SIX...you know, just started kindergarten SIX...asking for specific types of clothing for his birthday?!

I'll tell you what kind of boy going on age 6 does this...the kind coached by BM. She can't grasp the concept of using child support money she receives each month to buy things such as clothing for her son.

She works in a 'gently used' children's clothing store, which probably means she gets first dibs on the good stuff, at a helluva discount. She wants daddy to go above and beyond the mandated child support SHE specified almost a year ago to buy clothing for him. Isn't that the purpose of child support? To purchase the 3 necessary things: food, shelter and clothing?

What's ironic is that she was able to go out to a pizza place one night, and a nice restaurant the next night with her son and daughters.

If the boy gets ANY clothes for his birthday, they'll remain HERE at our house...coz guess what...we need to have clothes for him as well. Anything he gets from us or family will remain at our house for him to enjoy when he visits.

I have NO sympathy for this woman.

SHE chose to kick him out of the house.
SHE chose to divorce him.
SHE chose the child support spousal maintenance parameters.
SHE was in complete control of the situation, having a paralegal assist her with drafting the agreement and parenting plan.

Now, she's crying hungry with a mouth full of food.

I haven't heard of any male of any age ask for clothing as a gift.
Maybe thats just me, but I seriously haven't.
More so a child of 6........ wow

The difference between men and boys... the price of their toys !
Get lots of noisy gifts if your going to send any to his house with him... things that squek and snarl, loudly... like them squek toys. He should have a few dozen at his mothers house ( lol)
