So BM is trying to refuse DH request for his summer vacation weeks. Her reasoning is because
1. He failed to notify her by May 15th
2. He has summer school
3. He has church camp
4. He is going to xstate with her for a family reunion

The problem with the non notification is due to the fact SS was living with us at the time. How are we to predict the crazy bitch snubbing her nose at a safety plan and then dfs shrugging thier shoulders. The GAL did try to mediate an agreement.....needless to say she now understands why DH is going for sole legal! She could not get her to agree to anything! BM would not even give her 1 2 week timeframe she agreed to, BM kept telling her "He failed to notify" blah blah blah.

So GAL told DH send her a certified letter with your requests and lets see what happens. Well we aint going for it.

Here is the plan.

DH gets SS this friday for his visitation. He is mailing her a certified letter tomorrow she will get it by friday. He is going to start his 2 week visitation Sunday at 6pm (when she is supposed to pick him up) then if she denies the request and tries to pick SS up....sorry not happening, we have a court order that he gets 3 2 week periods and this is one of them, dont think the police will do much with it other than tell her to take it to court. By then we are hoping our Lawyer has a hearing to get it officially set through the judge....

Of course BM still doesnt have a lawyer. Dont think she can get one as a public defender was assigned to her criminal cases and I think you loose a public defender if you hire an attorney.

Will be curious to see if his pulmicort for his asthma has been refilled. It should have run out on the 2nd and I can tell that a claim has not crossed my insurance yet. If it was not refilled we will hotline her once again for medical neglect!
