the eval is in! UPDATE!

Its been a while since I posted and we got the custody eval report today and met with BF's attorney. Court is next week. No surprise the report shows BM in a glowing and wonderful light and BF as inadequate and clueless regarding the care of FSS1. The good news is the report recommends more time for BF and that BM do equal time in transporting FSS1. Currently BF does like 75% of the driving.

BF has his last interview with the CE on Friday. The CE talked to BF's SIL at length last week and sounded very promising according to SIL. Apparently, the CE is getting responses back from the references for both BM and BF and has got the impression that BM is self-centered and needs to be in control. The CE suggested both parents take a co-parenting class and I think this, kind of, says that they may get joint custody. BM has been sugar sweet and super nice through the whole process so I think she is showing the CE that they can co-parent.

anybody know anything about ear tubes?

Its been awhile. BM has been okay for a bit until now. FSS1 1/2 has had about 6 ear infections, that we know of, since birth. The most recent was this past week. BM emailed BF stating that the dr was talking about tubes if they continue. BF asked BM if baby was still on the bottle. BM replied, that sounds like an accusatory question but yes FSS has a bottle at sleep times and went on to describe that baby is in a upright postion and weaning has been hard for them both. All BF did was ask a simple question. FSS had been weaned at BF's for almost 3 months.

So we are in the midst of the custody eval and BM is being super nice and cooperative.

Ex: BF emailed BM to cancel a parenting time at his parents house because his mother was ill. BM emailed back asking BF to give is mother the best from her and FSS1.

Ex: BF sent BM info on cheaper health insurance for FSS1 and she actually picked one!

OT My week started crappy and ended awesome!

So I have been working at this super crappy job for about 2 months now and desperately looking for something else. The hours are crappy (too few), the pay is ridiculus (my son makes a buck less an hour than me) and the kicker - the boss has temper tantrums almost every week. I mean full blown crazy fits - screaming swear words and once throwing stuff. I have sent out at least 200 resumes since I lost my super awesome job back in mid-November and went on a few interviews with no luck.

BF is driving me nuts!!

Little help here. My Bf is driving me crazy. He has a drinking problem - yes problem - he drinks at least 4 24 packs of cheap beer every week. I keep some wine coolers around the house for me but a six pack of those lasts me several months and if BF runs out of beer after the store closes he will drinks my wine coolers instead of just stopping drinking. I was married to an alcholic so I know that the problem. BUT I divorced my EH so that took care of my issues with him for the most part.

BF has emailed BM 4 times since Saturday with not one reply. Each email was about a different matter so one would think she would at least reply to one of them. BF sent her an email b*tching her out for not telling him a "stranger" would be dropping off and pickin up FSS1 this past weekend. I knew she would not reply to that one.

Bm only thinks of herself - as usual UPDATE!!

Its BF's weekend and last weekend BM asked BF if he wanted to have his son from Thursday until Monday because she had plans. Keep in mind BF has asked for his weekends to start on Thursday since it is court ordered that he has parenting time every Thursday and BM flat out said your time starts on Friday. Anyway, regarding this weekend BF emailed BM and said I can pick him up Friday and bring him back Sunday. BM did not reply but did send an email yesterday stating she took FSS1 to the doctor and he has a double ear infection and she will send his meds along. Gee that's so nice of her.

BF is finally doing his "job"

As most of you know, I have been doing 99% of the transporting of FSS1 for BF's parenting time. After the last weekend that we had him, I asked BF for his credit card so I could fill my truck up with gas to replace the gas I used to pick up and drop off his son. (60 miles one way). He refused and asked when I was going to pay my truck insurance. He has been paying the vehicle insurance since he owned all the vehicles. I bought my truck last month. We got into a huge disagreement over all this.
