So it’s been a while…. Well we had our baby girl about 6 months ago she is a blessing.

Update on BM status, she still in Florida living the single life now unemployed and hasn’t seen any of her kids in over a year and she has not called the boys since May. SS10 was to visit with her in Florida in June but he decided not to go at the last minute since he hadn’t spoken to his mom in the three weeks leading up to that day. She had the cops come to our house claiming contempt of court at that we wouldn’t respond to her email or phone calls and that we never planned on sending him. The cops looked at email that we sent to her giving medical info, asking for sitter info since we assumed she wasn’t going to take three whole weeks off work and school and also letting her know that we would only be sending him with a carry on bag unless she wanted to pay for the luggage fee. We got a rude an obstinate response back. She was also suppose to send a money order for the escort fee to have ss10 fly alone on the plane. The cops saw this and had SS10 call his mother, she proceeded to scream at him so he handed the phone off to SS13, she asked whole it was and he told her and she said “I don’t want to talk to you” so SS13 handed the phone off to the cop who she then proceeded to curse at. The cop told her there is no contempt and you need to go to family court.

We heard nothing from her for month up until a few weeks ago. We recently began to receive small payment of child support so my Husband called the Child Support Agency to ask them about it and they said that they garnished unemployment benefits……. So a few short days after that we get this certified packet in the mail from BM with court paperwork calling for an emergency exparte hearing claiming contempt of court and surprise surprise it included a request for modification of Child Support (bare in mind that these two cases are now in separate courts because of the child support agency taking over the support part). So since nothing was stamped by the court, and didn’t have a court date and also the exparte hearing and notification wasn’t done properly we sent an email informing her that the paperwork was incorrectly served and that the info that was sent was not even filed yet, just incase she try to use the signature of the certified letter as a form of service later on. We got a response back that we should know that the paperwork was a clear indication of the paperwork being filed and that she was just waiting for a court date. So it’s been three weeks and nothing so my husband called the court to ask them if anything has been filed or received and nothing! Crazy chick!! So this week my husband got a call from the Child Support agency saying that BM was requesting a review of the support case. She is claiming that she has the boys 20% of the time. She is also claiming a hardship because she is paying her other ex child support for the two girls that she has with him and that she also needs to be able to fly her kids to see her.

So being frustrated with this stupid lady, I contacted BM other ex to find out if this was true, because I found it really hard to believe since she doesn’t help out with the boys. My husband didn’t want to contact him when BM first left because she was telling my husband that she was hanging out with other ex new wife and that they were all cool. Well I got a call that evening from the new wife of BM other ex, and come to find out she hasn’t paid one dime to assist with her other children. They get the same excuses and rude responses from her. We found out so much cramp that she has told both of us. They told us they would help us with statements stating that she has not help with the kids and that she has been gone all this time. They said that we should get at much out of her as we can. They don’t want to go to court to get anything from her because the girls are older and one is about to be 18 and the other is kinda close to her mom and they don’t want her to rebel and push them away if she knows that they are going after her for money. We have also decided to keep all of BM kids in contact since she has done so much damage to all four of them. And we will all be on the same page and ready for BM if she ever tries to move back.

I have a feeling that once BM finds out that we are all in contact and that we know all about her lies that it will push her over the edge. She deserves what she gets!!
