You might try looking up places like well, in Texas its called Boys Ranch. It's free and its for at-risk youth, troubled boys. There's also girls town for girls. Maybe see if there's anything like that for you guys.

I'm wondering if your SS might be on drugs. That would require a different kind of help probably.
