When is a rule not a rule?
When is a rule that *your spouse* put in place not a rule?
A. When your spouse doesn't notice it being broken?
B. When your spouse doesn't want to be the bad guy?
C. When your spouse is too tired/distracted to do anything about it?
D. When your spouse is embarrassed that he/she didn't catch it?
E. When it's already happening, so it's easier to just let it go that time?
F. When you catch it but you're being picky?
G. Any and all combinations of the above.
