DW got a another offer.

This one is exceptionally strong. 40% increase in base, no more than 55hrs a week during tax season. Hybrid office policy. 2 days a week at the office, 3 officing from home.

A slightly different role and clientel. The offer is verbal. The written will come after the 1st of the year.

She indicates that she will apply for a couple of corporate roles this week and next.

Phew. It looks like she may get out of working herself to exhaustion sooner rather than later.

What a great start to the new year! We have a CPA so I know the hours that field can demand at times. Crazy but my guy will email me at midnight! And I'm thinking, dude, go to bed!
