Round three....ding ding ding....

So last time that we went for custody we settled and got more time. We had to quit because we ran out of money for the attorney. Now we have money to go back and really want to. But I was wondering what if we just went for 50/50 (equal days) no one pays support. That way we have the time that we want with him and so does she. I really don't think that she deserves it but we have a better chance of that. What do you think?

Contempt papers will be served today or tomorrow...

and I wish that I could be there to see the look on her face! We already have court on June 5th and then the trial on June 24th for Custody. She sent an email today asking my H if he could take ss to soccer practice because she has to take her other kid to Dr. She said after practice to just drop off ss at the Clinic. H told her that we would be there for the soccer practice and she could just pick up ss from our house after she was done at the clinic (they take forever). H told her that since ss has been ill alot the last few weeks that he did not need to be at the clinic anyway.

This is LONG!

I am so new to this the ink on my marriage license is still wet! I need advice and I need it in a bad way. First off let me tell you about me. I am a BM and a Step Mom (I dont know all the abrvs yet!). My son lives with us and we get SS5 every other weekend. I get along just fine with my ex and his wife. We have no problems at all. However the BM is horrible. I MEAN HORRIBLE. The stories that I have read on here are similar. I am not allowed to take the child or pick up the child. I am not alowed to watch the child if the BM and my husband are at work, etc.
