:O :O So I went with SO to the courthouse to file the paperwork for his Ex-parte hearing tomorrow. SD has been living with us for the past month because BM's druggie BF is living with her and not drug testing. SD had enough of the chaos that was her mom's life and bailed and came to live with us. Meantime SO has been paying CS to BM and BM refused to come to an agreement about modifying the amount or kicking out druggie BF so SD can go back to her home. She has seen her daughter a total of 4 times in the last month for an hour or two each time. SO pushed her to sign an agreement giving him temp custody while she figures her life out. She flipped out and said no way "she wasn't signing shit" she would let the judge decide. So here we go to court to get this all done right.

Well who do we see while we are at the courthouse???? BM's druggie BF who is filing for custody of his own kids because his baby mama is strung out on drugs!!!! WTF :jawdrop: :jawdrop:

I can't believe it literally am in shock BM doesn't have custody of her own child right now but her live in BF is filing for custody of his kids??? SD22 told us that BM's BF baby mama showed up at BM's apartment yesterday with two friends looking to beat BM's ass. Reason being is that BM and her BF are keeping the kids from her because she is on drugs. Crazy crazy crazy!!!
