He's apparently at work printing things out to go file an exparte order for a temporary custody order (BM blew up his phone after we went to bed I have no idea what it was about he hasn't said)
He wants his joint parenting plan made temporary till mediation can occur. I thought exparte emergency orders were for abuse or dangerous situations, he's saying he needs to have a CO now that protects his parenting time and her from interfering, again not sure what she said. I knew he was going to go to the courthouse to find out about how to get a temporary custody order but exparte?
Do I just not know what that is. I'm not a lawyer I have Google and he's asking me a lot of questions I just cannot help with. I don't know what he's up to or why and then he tells me:
"my moms bringing my dd's birthday present over tonight." way to switch subjects.
