I have been off work for the summer because I work for the school board. Normally we do not have SS through the week, but I had suggested because I have been off that we should take SS and then in the morning I would drop him off to his daycare. BM didn't agree with that idea, she wants to be the one to drop SS off at daycare so if we wanted to do that I had to drive 30 minutes to meet her for 7 30 so she could take SS.

I squashed that idea, my whole motive behind doing that was so I could have some time to spend with SS in the morning before dropping him off. No reason he needed to be there so early when I wasn't working. He would have been able to sleep in a little, relax in the morning and then around like 9 9 30 take him to daycare. They have to be there at least by that time so I would have dropped him off then.

When BM wants some "time" to herself she has no problem with me taking him or whatever, but when it doesn't meet her standards she wants to have nothing to do with it. At times I feel like I should just give up and do no more than I need to, which is cook and clean my home and go to work. I put effort in with SS and BM hates it. I get it he is her son but really why not allow me to do PETTY little things like that? I understand her wanting to pick him up which is fine I don't care whether I do or not, but for me to drop him off in the morning, what the heck is the issue there?
