SD16 officially licensed

SD16 got her license today and now we are officially done driving skids around! And with that comes.... hopefully.... BM will never be in our driveway EVER AGAIN!! Not that it has been much but it's freeing to think about it. 

SD said BM called her and asked her if she was going to "visit" her now... Guys... I can't take the guilt trips she puts on them anymore... and for those that don't know... she lives 4 miles from us and did NOTHING with her kids for YEARS. 

I can't/won't hold back anymore and said... wow that's interesting... all these years she's had her license she hasn't made any attempt for plans though... SD agreed. 

AKA BM wants SD to go to her house so she can take a picture of her with her car, her license so she can post on social media like she had part of this milestone for SD... when in reality...she did NOTHING. All about the "image."

I'm sure SD will drive to her house once but it won't be like shes going to go over there often. SS20 is "close" with BM and he never goes to her house soo.. She doesn't invite them over she just guilt trips. She's f'd in the head. 
 

When we were on the cruise 2 weeks ago she kept telling SD (while we were on it) she was jealous of her, she envied her etc. Then the day we got home SD told us she posted on social media a collage of the 3 of then saying "she wishes they didn't grow up." 

Its sooooo fake I can't!

Congrats! If no CS is exchanged and the skids don't ever live with her, just, like, be done with BM. If she does nothing and contributes nothing, her opinion no longer matters. If the skids want to pop by her house whenever, that has nothing to do with you anymore.

Yep! That's where we are at.. SO never went "after" her for CS so that's why she basically gave up her visition (she wasn't gaining anything by the skids going to her house) when we went to court in early 2018. Before that SO was giving her $650 a month not court order when she took them EOWE and he was paying for everything.

Not about having a worthless social media BM. About SD getting her license. I am living for this- this is the next life-changing skid milestone for us, but SD is only 14 and we still have almost 2yrs to go, which feels like ages. Today the issue of how to get her to school this year was a big topic and issue with Crazy and DH and I'm over it! 
Congrats on no more rides or BM in your driveway.
