BM "doggie shamed" ss12
Today dh called and wanted to talk to ss12. Bm texted back saying ss12 does not want to talk. Dh explained that he talk to ss12 last weekend and ss12 said "mom doesn't always tell me when you call".
10 minutes later dh gets a video with a sign taped to ss12 and she is interviewing him. Asking if he wanted to talk to dh: no, and confirming that she did inform him of the call: yes.
Dh responded back that she was manipulating ss12 for her own benefit. Her response was "kiss off"..
This is just sad and sick. You can see in ss12 face that he was ready to have a melt down on the video. Unfortunately, this is not abuse and not much we can do, it just bad parenting. (My SIL is a CPS worker of BMs home state). PAS at its finest!

I agree with this. She wants
I agree with this. She wants to always "win". I think she is jealous of what she could of had with dh. He started making money after they got divorced because he graduated college, she cheated. Now she knows his income, my income, what our new house looks like. She is living in 2 bedroom trailer with 7 people.
So since she will never win at life, she is trying to win the mother of the year award by proving that ss12 likes her more then dh.

Agree with Tog, that poor kid is definitely being abused and manipulated by the sick bitch. Was the video recorded? It might be useful as evidence to prove what an unfit mother she is.

Yes. She sent it to my dh
Yes. She sent it to my dh phone. It's just one more thing that will be added to the "file", along with all the contempt documents of not showing up on time for visitation.
Unfortunately, ss does not see a therapist. The way this state works is that both parents must agree to medical care. If they cannot agree then custodial parent gets to decide. So you can see that BM will always disagree with dh because it's in her favor.
I don't think ss12 wants to
I don't think ss12 wants to live with us. We are filing to have the CO written in black and white for visitation. Like mandated phone calls since it's been over a year since my husband has spoken over the phone, Non school days visitation.
This is just sad, BM would love for Dh to be out of the child's life but still pay CS. I grew up without a father and would give anything to have one that was willing to fight for me.
Some days I question his thought process as to why he married her. She is extremely crazy and complete opposites of us. She is a welfare queen and we both have college educations and salaried jobs.
