Modification of Custody Consultation.

MamaFox's picture

Good news, found a place that will give us a free child custody modification consultation. Basically we give them our information and they let us know if in their opinion, if our evidence is enough to warrent a modification of custody.

Am also, getting a child support modification Pro Se packet from our local DHS.

I cant think of anything else to do. I know I can prove the bitch is in contempt of court at least 6 different ways, and now that she is diagnosed (permanent mental disability) BPD, I really think that alone, plus the fact she has missed every visitation day and the last month every phone visitation, and has never once given the court a legitimate residency address, will really work in our favor. BESIDES that she is also in contempt of court for the last 8 years for never changing YSS's last name after he was proven to be FDH;s with a paternity test.

This is looking some what better...

The poor kid doesnt even have the same last name as his mother. Poor YSS was the reason FDH found out she was cheating AND doing meth. He had no idea, as he has never been around hard core drugs like that. Luckily YSS was born with no symptoms of withdrawl.

Oh I did find this LOVELY law in place Biggrin

"the remedy provided in subsection B of Section
111.1 of Title 43 of the Oklahoma Statutes, the noncustodial parent
may file with the court clerk a motion for enforcement of visitation
rights. The motion shall be filed on a form provided by the court
clerk. Upon filing of the motion, the court shall immediately:

1. Issue ex parte an order for mediation; or

2. Set a hearing on the motion, which shall be not more than
twenty-one (21) days after the filing of the motion."

Guess what we are doing on my next day off?! Biggrin Gonna go see the nice court clerks and get the form filed ASAP!
