I am so unsettled right now. A little background; we just received my husband kids (SS4, SD6) back from their mother who lives across the country. Apparently kindergarten was just too hard for her, and she couldn’t find a man, so she sent her kids back to her ex husband (my DH) to raise. No court, no fighting, no nothing. In my mind, she abandoned them.

News flash, NOONE like bad behavior!

So this all happened last night, it is very long I know, I apologize, just a lot to get off my chest.

BM calls around 10 pm. She opens up with “DH, YOU ARE SUCH A JERK” (I hear all this due to the volume of my DH’s phone). He is like what are you talking about… what comes next is an annoying, immature conversation.

Today is my One Year Anniversary!!!!

And BOY what a year it has been!!! First I was deployed 10 days after we got married for 6 months, to the worst place (IMO) in the world... then, a week after I returned, we got DH's kids (SS3 and SD4) and they have been with us solid (their BM lives states away, and doesnt really want them at the moment) over 5 months!! Whew!!

SD4 and I had a breakthrough

SD4 and I were driving in the car, and she was coloring on this little magnet pad she has... next think I know she say to me "Look! I drew you and me together holding hands!" IT was so beautiful. I pulled over in the first place I could and took a picture and sent it to my DH.

This was a big moment for us! I have had a very hard time with her, and her attitude. SD4 and SS3 have been with us since June, and it has been a constant stuggle for me, and my DHs marriage... but this little moment made it all worth it!!

At least one of the three of us is having a good time...

Oh SURE I, Majka, who works her butt off, and never asks for a thing… would LOVE to pay your bills, you POS BM.

This is my feelings right now… a little back story. I apologize that this will be long.

My DH has 2 children with BM, ages 3 and 4. The BM currently lives across the country.

I finally found the support and encoragement that I needed through this site. I have been creeping for quite some time, but finally chose to make an account, and be active.

My story. 20's, military, married, 2x step kids SS3 and SD4. Currently they live with me and my husband, but sometime next year the mother will get the back (She lives across the country) and my husband and I will only have them during the summers (unless something changes).
