SD has always been a little jealous of BD7. It has gotten much worse lately. She leaves letters to "herself" around the house, where we find them. In these letters she talks about how she doesn't like DD7 and about how she is actually jealous of her grades, her friends, and her voice (DD7 likes to sing) She hates that her little sister is better at math than she is at 11. She hates that her little sister is above grade level in most subjects. DH finally had to get very honest with SD and tell her that DD works really really hard at everything she does, but SD doesn't want to work at anything. We've told her that everyone is different and learns differently.

We went grocery shopping a few weeks ago and DD7 had a quarter in her pocket and stopped by the machines on the way out of the store and she got lucky..she got two toys for one quarter. She got two Angry Bird erasers and thought she would give it to DS4 because he LOVES Angry Birds(SD isn't into Angry Birds). SD got so angry it brought her to tears and she cried to Daddy once everyone got out of my truck. DH told me after the fact because I didn't know. DH thought it was ridiculous and explained to SD that it's not always going to be fair. He also pointed out that SD doesn't like Angry Birds and her reaction was "I Don't Care! She should have given it to me"
Two days ago DD7 gave DS a picture she made in class and SD got angry(After DD offered it to SD) she called her dadddyyyy to whine and complain. DH told me and I just laughed on the inside. DH also said that SD is very mad because DD bought DS a birthday present for his upcoming 4th B-Day and SD didn't get one. DH explained to her that at the time, DD didn't have any of her allowance saved..Even though SD NEVER EVER EVER buys or shares anything with her little brother or sister!!!

I'm tired of all the jealousy. I don't know how to handle it anymore!
