FH and BM are now OFFICIALLY DIVORCED!!!!! For those who don't know, they were still "legally married" due to a technicality 6 years ago that was somehow overlooked for all these years. BUT just a few months ago, FH took steps to get it finalized and...their "union is now dissolved" Biggrin You gotta LOVE lawyer talk! It's such a relief now that he no longer has ANY ties (other than the skids) with BM.

CAS back with BM - It was only a matter of time :)

So, as the title states, CAS (Children's Aid Society) is back on with BM *insert hysterical laugh here* Apparently, HER stepmother called them to tell them that BM is living with a guy (her on/off bf of 6 years) who was deemed "unfit to be around children", so now, CAS is back with her to make sure that the kids come to no harm *eye roll*

Waiting anxiously (and with the usual feeling of dread) for the SKIDS to arrive :S

So, FH just left with BS5 to get SD8 and SS10. I'm sitting here, enjoying the relative silence (baby is sleeping) and laughing at some of the blogs I've read on here. It'll be about 2 hours before they get here, loudly stomping their way in and yelling all at once to announce their inevitable arrival. I was told that they just got a new snake (someone for BM to talk and relate to) and that SS10 has a new (and most likely UGLY) BLUE mohawk - like he doesn't already look like a thug in the ratty clothes BM lets him wear on a daily basis!

Can't take them anywhere - Can't have people over :S

So this past weekend, FH had his old school friend and his family over for a visit. Unfortunately, it was the weekend we had the brats (I tried to get FH to schedule it on a free weekend, but poor naive FH thought it would be nice to get all the kids together!) Sad And just like I expected, they made asses of themselves!

This year is going to be a GOOD one :) *happy dance*

So, due to a technicality, BM and FH weren't divorced when we first met :O Seven years and 2 kids later, the divorce is FINALLY here and we are engaged to be married Smile Add to that the fact that she is now off his medical benefits (something she was trying to hold over him in order for her to sign the d-papers)...AND her daughter (from a previous relationship - ie.

So this weekend, FH found out that SD8 was suspended from school for spitting in her teacher's face! THEN, she went outside for recess when she should've been in detention! And what did her mother do? She bought her a NEW BABY DOLL!!! SMFH When I hear stuff like this, it just baffles me how some people can even function on a day-to-day basis. And SD8 was bragging all weekend how her mother is getting them new iPods, and how they're going here and there over the summer... And then BM wonders why they act so spoiled! I mean, are you f***ing kidding me???

FDH's Rights Concerning His Son's Medication (not sure if that's the appropriate heading)

SS10 was recently diagnosed as ADHD. Over the start of the fall, he started taking medication for it. At the beginning, we noticed a huge difference in his behaviour - more reserved rather than bouncing off the walls Smile His medication consists of 3 different pills that he takes every morning and night - I'm assuming he also takes them at home.

SO has finally seen the light! SKID-free wedding :)

My bf and I are finally, after 7 years and 2 beautiful boys together, getting MARRIED ^_^ Discussing the ceremony, he mentioned how "nice" it would be to have his kids (my SD8 and SS10) included in the ceremony Sad Knowing how they are, I wasn't too keen on the idea - they would have made the day all about them and caused a ruckus in front of our families (SO's family knows all about his history with BM, but MY side doesn't and frankly, I'm embarrassed by the SKIDS' lack of respect and
