=-) You are right, I am one stressed out sm! He was kidnapped in the sense that when she was suppose to return him the beginning of august she did not, there was a court order. She hired a lawyer and kept him until a court date the end of september. He did tell the judge that he wanted to give his mother a chance at raising him since he had always been with bf and I. The judge said we could get her for contempt but that it would have to wait. Since he wanted to try living with her that was not the judges concern at the court date.
My husband is very hurt. The funny thing is the bm is trying to make us look like we did something wrong, when in fact, he cannot wait to come for spring break, etc...she is just playing a game and wants money. Why on earth would you let your son be with the bf for so many years and never try and get custody of him until he is almost grown up and she now has a buddy to hang with and lots of money going to her. Bottom line is I dont think I want him coming back anymore, we have other children and you are right he flipped our house upside down and guess what, we are going to lose our house now because we have to give her half of our house payment. I would not mind sending 400 a month I understand we need to support him but 600?? yikes.
