So we have been away from his family for over a year now. Of course, DH left my internet router at their house a year ago and has not wanted to go back...ok, that's what he claimed for months. I later found out he's been back a few times, just didn't tell me, but just left the router there for his sister to use...that's what it seems now...hmmm...

Anyway, I might get a job and I told him that I NEED THE ROUTER back...he promised me he'd go get it. So today he calls his sister and their conversation went like this:

DH- hey, remember the router I left in your room for you to use? I am going to pick it up next week
SIL - well, it's not here
DH-what do you mean it's not there? I left it for YOU to use...
SIL- I will check to see if we put it in the PATIO STORAGE shack...
DH-good, call me back
SIL - just checked and it's not there either...
DH - ok, that router cost about 100USD...they sell it at Walmart...I will be there next Wednesday to pick up either mine, or the new one that you have purchased to replace the one you lost

LOL I am so freaking happy that he has finally stood up to these people...I know it seems petty, but I am sick of them thinking they can do whatever they want and he never stands up to any of them...

We'll see what happens next week. Keeping my fingers crossed. If there's not a router here, all hell will break loose as I will need it for my new job and he's the one who left it there for her to use.
