I forgot to call for jury duty yesterday!!!!

They sent the stupid jury summons two months ago and yesterday was the first day of my week and I completely spaced calling in.

I've had so much going on recently. Yesterday I had to take off from work early because my grandmother finally got her results back for her biopsy. The tumor in her lung is canserous and now they need to check and see how far it's spread. The size of the tumor alone could mean that she's in the later stages. Needless to say, last night was a long night for me.

How should DH respond to this?

I'm assuming that DH isn't the first DH on this website that has to deal with this from BM.

So BM is a complete witch. She has as of recent decided that she is going to go on a fact finding mission (also known as lying)and document every little thing via email that she thinks DH is failing at. I'm assuming she planning on using it in court if it ever gets to that point between the two of them.

Question about phone contact

My DH seems to think that the phone contact put in the CO is for when the kids want to contact BM and not when BM wants to conact the kids.

Apparently she sent a text to DH on Friday of last week requesting to speak with the kids. He was busy and spaced it off and the kids never talked to her. (She never sent another text.) DH gets an email from her today stating that she sent the text at so and so time on Friday and never got to speak to the kids.

Ideas for CO modification. Need help!!!!

So DH sent BM an email about modifying the CO. She's always threatening court and mediation everytimg she doesn't get her way so we figured let's just get it out of the way and modified so that she'll shut the h@ll up.

The way it is right now, BM uses it to pull punches such as trying to use her week of priority vacation the week of Christmas if DH didn't just give them to her for Christmas. Unfortunately there is nothing in the CO about the vacation weeks not being used on holidays.

So SS's kindergarten graduation is today. Of course it falls during BM's week and the school all of the kids go to does not give you a lot of time to work around things like this because they usually send the flyer home the week of.

DH and I didn't see a flyer in SS's backpack last week during DH's custodial time so I'm assuming they sent the information home about it on Monday of this week, which means that BM got the flyer and not DH. The graduation starts at 9:30 am, in about an hour from now my time, and BM just sent DH a text less than an hour ago about it.

So the BM in our life is a complete nightmare. Stalked DH, shown up at our house when we aren't home, came into our home with out us knowing, locked my car doors, financially irresponsible and DH and I end up paying for it, she bullies DH, threaten court everytime she doesn't get her way, refuses to pass on info to DH about any issues the kids are having in school or field trips she has signed them up for on our week. She's just a down right horrible person. She toxic and I finally hit my breaking point with her last week.

I am not a new member. I cancelled my old account and decided that today because my DH is an idiot (momentarily)that I needed to post.

So here's what's going on.

My SD (8) told me today that her mother let her sit on her lap yesterday and let drive to daycare with her 6 year old brother in the back seat. No seat belt, she doesn't weigh enough to be up front yet, and she shouldn't be driving because she's 8.
