Well, they all went. SD11 was grumpy, but BF was great! I am so glad they went.

I am aware of my BF's commitment issues... he is too. We both struggle with it. It is one of the things that keeps us both on pins and needles sometimes. I do get upset about it sometimes, but when he cuddles up to me, and not for sex, it gets me. When he takes off work to take care of me because I was sick and unable to get out of bed.... when he changes my sheets while I am still IN bed.... he is special. This weekend, my own stepsister said, "you are living with your Dad...!" (meaning my BF) in a good way... because he is a lot like my Dad.

It went pretty well actually. We had probably one of the best Christmas's in a long time. No one got upset... there was actually no drama! Not only that, the SKids had a great time.

I know this is for venting, but I like to record the positive as well.

Now we all know that if you mix in Skids, it is not always positive.

SD11 was grumpy for the whole trip. When we went to Hard Rock, she kept saying, "I wanna sit by my Daddy" Finally I looked at her and said, "Your Daddy is right here, at the other end of the table, he is not going anywhere and you can still see him" I was amazed, BF did not say anything to me about it. She was even more leechy than usual! Even my own stepmother noticed it.

If there was nothing offered to her that she liked to eat, she would say she was not hungry then go to Daddy and say, "I am hungry, can we go to Mc Donalds?" My Dad got upset about that, the obvious manipulation. He called her on it in front of BF. I keep telling him she is manipulating... he says, "no, she just knows what she wants" Well, my Dad was plenty pissed at her as well. Several times my Dad and Stepmother got on her, I was loving it!

Now SS14, he was his annoying self. However, it was not really an issue since BF did get on him for it.

All in all, I was pretty happy by the end... tired, but happy....
