saw something on Facebook today . . .

FML's picture

It said something about everyone being freaked out about ebola and wanting to wear gloves yet aids has been around and still people won't wear condoms. I thought it was very relevant. As an added bonus found some ovulation strips in my home that expired the year SS was born. BM used to live here. I take that as a hint that she definitely got pregnant on purpose and also probably put holes in the condom. Sigh

Yes they do! BM lied about being on the pill. Mind you, my husband shouldn't have trusted her and used a condom.

When I meet someone, I'm taught to shake hands, not to have sex with them

I have been doing it wrong all these years?

I get it I do . . I just thought it was funny that so many of our guys didn't wear condoms.

You can't catch ebola from a person until they are sick with symptoms... so this means they are bleeding from orafices and throwing up. This is why people usually pass it from family member to family member.... Only a family member is going to be touching this person who is so sick. Are you going to touch a random stranger who is bleeding from orafices and puking? even if there was no such thing as ebola? I don't think so.

The ebola patient is very close to where I live. 3 kids were taken out of schools in the school district I live in. DH and I were talking about it last evening. We don't have the skids until next weekend, BUT, if this continues, BM will probably tell us we can't have the skids in fear of them getting ebola. She'll use this as another PAS opportunity. Right! No one has come into our home and touched the XBOX, so they'd be safe. Wink

I read that this morning. They did say that a police officer is posted outside of the apartment now, no visitors, no leaving. I'm not really worried as I don't have kids in the school system and I'm pretty freaked out about touching things in public. DH is all pissed off that this man was allowed in the country.

Exactly!!!

I was reading CNN the other day and they said the way they test for it in those countries was take a persons temp...no fever, means no disease YET.

My temp normally runs 97.4, so I can feel fevered at 98.6. So they could take my temp, say I'm fine but really be sick.
