O/T Lent and lunchbox ideas
I was wondering how many of you ladies observe Lent? What are some of your traditions and what are you giving up? Are there any certain favored recipes for Lent? And...................
Lunchbox Ideas! My little one goes to a school that no longer does meatless Fridays. They used to but not anymore. Anyone have any good lunch box ideas for lent?

I tend to be very sarcastic
I tend to be very sarcastic and negative. I like to think of it as being a realist not a pessimist. People disagree with me. I am trying my hardest to incorporate a "positive attitude" into my lifestyle.
If they are under 18 it is up
If they are under 18 it is up to the parent if they have to honor it since Vatican 2. My parents always did pb & j in high school and I went to catholic grade school and middle school so it was hot lunch.
