Are these girls in camp through the summer? You see I think the ex is playing a new game with information where she does not want the kids here for the summer. She uses the excuses that the kids are in summer camp because of drill team. I see nothing on the site about summer camp all through the summer. To Iwhat I remember back in the years early practice did not start till three weeks before school started.

1 in cheer now.

When she was on the JV team they had one week of practice late in the summer.

On varsity she has a two week camp that she goes to a university to participate in. EVERY team has a schedule (to include costs, its not cheap) showing what date fees are due, every practice, every game, every camp etc.

Tell BM she either provides a copy of the school's schedule (aka the one they printed out) or dad will not deviate from the CO and the kids will come during his CO'd time. If they actually have practice/camp during his time it is NOT that hard for her to show proof of it so yall can work around it.

**Note: if they do not attend camps/ practices they will be kicked off the team

It makes no difference if they are in camp or not. Rarely does a CO require that a child miss visitation with a parent due to extracurricular activities. In fact our CO very specifically prevented interference with visitation for any reason other than scheduled academic events or medical issues.

I would give BM clarity on this immediately if I were your DH.

Usually one week. My DD was on the cheer team and it was a week in the summer and that was it.

I would have her give me a copy of the schedule or something not just take her word.
