Sure hoping this run of good court results continues into next week. Ding Dong had me served last August with contempt charges. You are more than welcome to read my blog about my wonderful ex. To make a long story short he gave me 3 days notice for his summer vacation when it was suppose to be 30 days. I denied him those days as I had already spent over $200.00 on church camp fees for that time. Ding Dong has a bad habit of not following the CO and I was tired of it and put my foot down. He did not like that and in turn wants me charged with contempt.

While frustrated when I received the papers I also had to laugh. According to him, I denied him his time even after he PROPERLY informed me of his intent to take his time. Strike One. He then stated he never gets his full 2 weeks. According to him in the 8 years we have been divorced he has never had his full time. Wrong and I can prove it. There were only 2 years he didn't get his second week. Once because he had a OP against him (not my fault) and the year before that when he insisted on the week I married my present husband. He was told 4 months before that to choose another date and he didn't. As a matter of fat he was told 4 more times to choose another week and he wouldn't. Again not my fault. Strike two. He also wants his CS stopped (not reduced but stopped) because he has been out of work because he was hurt.....15 months ago. He has been on workman's comp for quite sometime. But a little birdie told me he received quite a large sum in a settlement to make him go away. I have no doubt he did get it as he has been house hunting for the last 2 months. Strike three. He is also wanting to force me to unblock his number from the girl's phone. While the lawyer tells me not to worry about it I can't say I'm as certain as he is. Back history, Ding Dong has a habit of making loads of calls and text messages in short amounts of time to use up the girls minutes and raise the phone bill so his CS money is used and he reaps some benefit from it.

I also had to shake me head at the relief he says he wants. He wants me held in contempt because I denied him vacation days. You would think he would want makeup time, right? Wrong. He wants me put in jail, revoke my drivers license, and for me to pay a fine......to him and of course he wants me to pay his lawyers fees.

I have spent the last month getting all the paper work lined up. Luckily I have kept detailed records of every letter, call, conversation for the last 8 years. You tend to learn a thing or two working with a Ding Dong.
