DW actually called Donkeykong!

She told him exactly what was going on (see previous blog entry) and that we scored two extra tickets for him and SM for the awards ceremony.

Donkeykong seemed surprised that we would do this for him and his wife and said "Hey thanks! We appreciate that."

"Don't thank me yet..." DW said and she explained that SS has really dug in his heels about not wanting to go to this event.

Donkeykong said that he will try and talk to SS into going.

Ladies and gentlemen, mark this moment in history. This is the first time EVER that Donkeykong and DW managed to set aside their differences and actually CO-PARENT!!!!
