trouble with my Bio Son and my Step son

Im new to this site and was wondering if anyone can help me , my step son who is nearly 6 is now living with me and is sharing a room with my bio son who is 8 1/2 and lately my bio son has been hurting my step son and when i ask him about it he lies to me and tells me its an accident and im worried about this behaviour i read a message he had sent to his father on his ipod saying his step brother was stupid so he kicked him ! and my ex husbands responce was " i know how you feel hang in there mate " and then proceeded to say he'll take him for a milkshake after school etc , im really worried his father will brainwash him about his step brother being there im just not sure what i should do.

Stop the horrible behavior. Time for tough love with your son. You do not want him to be this person.
Stay strong and protect your stepson. Plus tell your ex to stop enabling his son.

thanks for all your support i think ill have a chat to him and think of a consequence for his behaviour , as for my ex he wont listen to anything i say thats a hopeless case !!
Start with taking the ipod
Start with taking the ipod away that BS is using to contact his father. The child should not be using such devices if it's being used to try and get the opposite parent involved with what's going on in the opposite home during individual parenting time...besides, a kid who is bullying shouldn't be rewarded. Kick your little SB, lose ipod privileges.
