update on my health.
Well the good news is, that physically I'm fine, the bad news, is that I'm still a bundle of nerves!!! I start counseling again on Friday, and I'm going to throw myself into ways to de-stress, and change my ways of "dealing" w/ things. Meditation, exercise, diet changes are at the top of the list. I'm thinking of trying SAM-E, hearing good things about it, along with my counseling of course, and I have started a good vitamin plan to help my hair. It actually looks a slight bit better this week, filling in already in the back. My neighbor friend shaped it up a little so it grows in right. I feel hopeful. Just wanted to let you'all know, and thank you for your thoughts. I'm open to suggestions on what works for anyone els, as when it comes to stress, I'm a "tough case" LOL .

Good for you!
That's great that you're putting forth the effort into this. Most people won't.
As for stress... I usually just isolate myself in the bathroom and take a nice hot bubble bath with soft soothing music in the background. Not before tackling our wine cabinet though.
whew!

get back on track spiritually and mentally and im sure it will help out physically!

I worked out like a maniac. Running twice a day, lifting weights, aerobics. Now I need to take my own experience and apply it here...because it did help with the stress. And I felt so strong, what with the weights. And what you feel physically can help you mentally. (again, I need to heed my own advice!).
I'm so glad you're physically ok. Stress can do horrible things to your body.
Many of us on here, who are in the most stressful situations, are risking our health bigtime. In the six months I've been married, I've gone from taking very little prescriptions, to now taking 3 pills every single day. I can't imagine the shape I'd be in if I stay with H. He's just simply not worth it.
Gonna go put my weight bench back together!
Chel....
so glad to hear you are doing better! Working out does help the stress...now if I could only motivate myself enough to get my arse to the gym that'd be great ....
i hear that sia
DH just got our treadmill fixed--had to hit the reset button on the back...yeah hes a handyman and i cant motivate my fat butt to get on it
