Tell me this isn't tweeked
I wouldn't want to be SD14. Not that I want to change the arrangements because I can’t stand the little creature and wouldn’t want to raise her. But her mother is so damn insecure she makes up all kinds of scenarios to guilt SD14 out and tries to undermine her enjoyment of spending time with her Dad. These are just two examples that I know about that happened during her one week visit this holiday (and DH only has her four times a year)
SD14 posts “Go Lakers” on her facebook status, follow by this shortly after:
BM: FAIR WEATHERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
SD14: Nahh man.
BM: such a fair weather
SD14: No
BM: You are the perfect Philadelphia fan - you jump ship depending on location and company.
SD14: I've never liked the 76ers!!!!!! But I've Always liked the Phillis.
BM: I am sorry to hear you say that.
SD14: I didn't know you were a 76ers fAn.
BM: I was a tremendous Sixers fan back in the day - any more - it is all about your city loyalty
SD14: They lost:(
StepDad (BM’s husband): People still watch the NBA?
Then later during her visit SD14 posts a really adorable video of her 5YO nephew telling her how much he loves her, and SD14 telling him how much she loves him back. Of course BM shows this to SD14’s little brother (BM’s 6 YO son) and so he calls her in a panic crying and screaming that he doesn’t understand how she could love someone else. OMG. Couldn’t BM have straightened him out? She’s using her own son as an emotional tampon to guilt out SD14 for loving her Dad’s side of the family. She’s tweeked man. I so wouldn’t want to be SD14 right now or anytime.
As for me, I did my best to disengage and made it through without too many bruises.
