But fate had other plans... hahaha

BM's dad and stepmom picked SS up to take him for lunch for his bday today. I knew BM would be there, I wasn't sure how she was getting there though. I was home for lunch when they got there to get him. Stepmom told me I look pretty (I'm dressed for work) and her dad asked if he could use our bathroom. Sure, you know where it is. So I stepped outside and was chatting with stepmom. Literally talked about the weather. I peaked in the car to see if they had picked up BM yet. She wasn't in there. And they were off to the mall and then to "meet BM" for lunch at a place right outside the mall.

So, I eat lunch at home then head back to work, checked to see where SS is (phone tracker) and he's at the mall. As I am getting out of my car, I see a bright YELLOW car headed toward my office. BM's dad drives a bright yellow car. Hmmm.... I'm slowly walking up the side walk, trying not to crane my neck to see... yup that's BM's dad and BM in the passenger seat. He must have dropped SS and stepmom off at the mall and went and picked up BM. Checked her FB page. She had been at the court house. She saw me... he was driving VERY slow. We made brief eye contact (BM and I) and I turned the corner to go up my stairs. LOL. Why is that funny to me?

More ironically...(and I hadn't even told her about this yet) my best friends text me about 5 minutes later. "Guess who I am looking at right now?"... sends me a pic of a bright YELLOW car in the mall parking lot, CHP car right behind them with it's lights on. LMAO, he got pulled over. Guess who BM made eye contact with... MY BEST FRIEND hahahahahahha. She probably thinks I am having them followed. She HATES my best friend. With a passion. One time my BFF and I had gotten in a fight and BM text her and told her that I had talked soooo much crap about her and it's about time she dropped me as a friend BLAH BLAH BLAH. BFF (even though we were fighting and REALLY not liking each other for a few months) text her back and said "there are no words that can come out of your mouth that I would ever believe. She and I may be in a fight, but she is still my best friend and I love her... and you, are trash. Don't ever text me again".

I love my best friend.
