So BM and DH have been in divorce fights for like 2 years and its finally coming up to all the hard hitting things!

BM is insane for her demands she is asking and is trying to make DH still pay mortgage for her property to live in rent free for the next 5 years (kids are with him 40% of the time)!! that he has to pay all private school fees and that he pay for all children activities...etc and the list goes on and on! (she isnt willing to pay a cent)

my DH has been lawyers and is being MORE then fair.. he has let them live there 2 years rent free, paid all the bills and more.. he doesnt have to but he is trying to get BM on her feet to work herself out.. she is one a great wage but i dont think she has seen a lawyer and is just not reading the information and getting emotional when he isn't just saying ok and giving her what she wants.. UNTIL LAST NIGHT!!

hahaha, DH has given her spreed-sheets, documents, graphs anything to try and show her the way he is thinking to divide things... he is giving fact and never biting back when she just says no and give no reasoning..

she has just worked out that she pretty much needs to pay her own way and he doesn't legally have to do what he is doing at all anymore...
