Balancing the CO, DHs feelings, and BM who thinks she can override the universe
BM=Breeder. DH and I were talking the other night (more so, I was letting DH know everything that was on my mind)... and we (I) came to the conclusion that BM is a breeder. That is all she really is, but because SD is the result of her breeding incident with DH she thinks she can override everything when it comes to SD. The CO states that DH has full legal, physical, and custodial custody of SD, aside from breeders supervised parenting time which is set at every other Sunday for 3 hours, as long as breeder pays for visit up front.
Because breeder is well, a breeder, she believes that she is entitled to everything. She doesn't have to work because the state gives her money for housing and food. Her and bf are not married, so while they live together his income does not matter to the state. She gets a free ride for having children and DH and I work to provide the tax money for that free ride.
I am not saying being on state assistance in any way is a bad thing. I have been on state assistance before when fallen on bad times. I fully support the system to help those in need. Breeder on the other hand has been on assistance for the past 4 years, she last worked in 2006 for about 6 months before getting fired not coming to work.
Breeder believes that she shouldn't have to pay for child support because DH and I are doing fine with out it. She also believes that she shouldn't have supervised visits (no way in h*ll that will every happen!) and the fact that the judge and CO expects her to pay for the visit is just unacceptable to her.

The supervised visits are to
The supervised visits are to be done by a professional. Breeder is ordered to pay for all costs upfront before the visit can happen. She is obligated to pay monthly child support every month, but DH has yet to see any of that because she is on state assistance.
Our Bm felt that she was
Our Bm felt that she was intitled to. Bm has always had sv but her mother use to supervise them. (And I think let BM do what she wanted with SS). Due to Bm aggressive behavior towards her mother, the mother decided not to supervise anymore back in Nov. So Bm hasn't seen ss since Thanksgiving. Bm is on drugs and has warrants for her arrest. DH went and did the paper work for Bm to go to a supervised visiting place, but they monitor what gets said. Its at a daycare. DH wounld have to pay $20 and Bm would have to pay $20. Bm said it was not in the best interest for ss to have their conversation monitored and someone sit in a room with them. What she really means is that she feeds ss with lies and doesn't want anyone to hear them. Needless to say BM has not tried to see ss. BM is a real POS.

Breeder was asked not to wear
Breeder was asked not to wear heaving eye liner by the supervisor because it scares SD, Breeder flipped out saying she doesn't need someone telling her what she can and can't do with her daughter.
First of all, SD does not recognize breeder as mother is anyway
Second of all, SD is 2.5, and unless its Halloween she does not understand the heavy eye liner on ADULTS! Maybe teens going through an angry period.
When you more closely resemble an over stuffed raccoon than a person, you should tone down the eye makeup.
However, the raccoon is a bit fitting.

BM has a job...DH put her through college to get her RN degree...only took her 7 years...and no she didn't work during that time. she just kept failing.
now that she's divorced she works 10hrs a week to reach the minimum pay a divorced woman can claim on child support. and the government pays her over $15,000 in tax credits each year!
yeah...what a winner!

BM here is going into the
BM here is going into the nursing field. The lie changes from LPN to RN depending on who she is trying to impress.
I went to the school she attends and found out she is actually in the CNA program.
