Help ! Does anyone know Illinois chld support info, BM is on the warpath again

She said that the 1st mom gets more...huh? They were never married. She also said that he has to pay CS plus half expenses and daycare. So confused. And he is responsible for college and all extra cirricular activities. She already gets 28% of income and now we have a baby so H and I are a family of 5 not including skids. Wont the judge take that into consideration. HEEELLLLPPP

ok new baby is here and I need some advice

Our new baby arrived finally, and he is fantastic. Im so happy and thankful that I am trying to not stress mye4elf out about the skids. Typically at the end of every week I start to get emotional and really stressed, knowing that in a few hours the skids will be here, destroying our home, manipulating my H and terrorising my children. So I get real grouchy and on the verge of tears. With my new child I want to turn over a new leaf, good karma and so forth. How do I do this when I despise one of my skids. I have tried to be nice and caring but this child is honestly not human.

I'm 8 mo pregnant and skids think I'm fat like Mama

I realize now that I did not take the time to process the situation that I am in. I did not realize that BM is a everyday part of my life, and Im not sure how to deal. My H is a very guilt ridden parent, who jumps when BM calls or asks for money, (on top of the 1200 per month support) and needs groceries. She recently had issues with getting the child support checks on time. Keep in mind that she works full time and should be able to get by on that alone. H was bending over backwards to make sure that she got the checks.
