Cashing Checks
Anybody else here have an issue with the BM bitching and whinning to everyone about how broke she is and how she doesn't have any money to afford this or that---- But she's the one who gets the checks and just holds on to them for sometimes 2-3 weeks until cashing them. WTF. If you can hold that large a check but you're unemployed and need this and that; it doesn't make any sense. And I know the exact date the checks are delivered because we pay the extra service with usps. I wish there was a way that if they don't cash them within a period of time they forfeit the child support for that due date...

This is exactly why you don't ever want to pay CS directly to the CP. You either pay the CSE office who them cuts a check to the CP or you have direct payroll with holding from you pay check to the CSE office and they ether cut a check or direct deposit to the CP.
This takes any BS out of the transaction. No bitching by the CP about non payment and no manipulation by the NCP with delayed payment etc.
There is nothing quite like the NCP telling the CP "don't call me, call the CSE." or the CP telling the NCP "don't bitch to me about not being able to afford it, talk to the CSE."
Eliminates any need for $ drama.
Nope, ours is direct
Nope, ours is direct deposited into her account and she still complains that she has no money. But I think no money to her means no money to buy handles of liquor and pack of cigs.
