What did I get myself into...? Help! (O/T)
I decided I'd have the members of DH's family that I actually like over for dinner after church on Sunday (Aka, the ones that go to church with us and have had us over for dinner the last few weeks). So I told Aunt1 and Aunt2 to let their families know. Then I sat down and ran the numbers... that's 15-18 people to feed.
I've never hosted dinner before... I'm feeling a little overwhelmed. I'm doing bbq'd chicken and pulled pork sandwiches. Aunt1 is bringing over a large serving of her delicious baked beans and Aunt2 volunteered to bring a few bags of chips. I figured I'd offer coleslaw and watermelon on the side as well.
How much do I need of everything oh wise ladies who have gone before me? Any helpful hints would also be appreciated!!!

Pasta salad is so easy. Boil
Pasta salad is so easy. Boil a package of pasta and throw in the other ingredients.
Can you get olive salad (a New Orleans specialty) where you life? I just throw that into the pasta and that's all. I've had people ask me for the recipe and I have to admit there are only two ingredients.
